What a wonderful lady! MY prayers are with all the family. Miss Shirley was always at the Helm on England-Godfrey during my growing up years. She was a calming fixture at the doctor's office. She gave you a clam when you needed a smile or hug. She is one I shall never forget. She served the county and a myriad of people with excellent organization and with a heart for helping others.
