Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Mark Payne can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Courtney McCahan
Condolence: It is hard to believe that all these years have flown by let alone that Mark is gone. I miss those days. Mark, Kerri, Brett and I laughing and having fun. Just being kids. Lawrence Gull Rd was a wonderful place to grow up. Mark was a wonderful person. May Mark find peace. Heaven has gained an angel. May the family find peace. God be with you! Love you!

Condolence: I have many fond memories of Mark growing up. When mom was sick and in the hospital Phil and Lucille graciously allowed me to stay with them for days at a time at their home in Lawrence Gull. Mark and I would tear apart his expensive electronic toys to find out how they worked and when we couldn't put them together again we hid them under his bed. Eventually Lucille found the cache, told my parents and I got in trouble! I'm pretty sure I was the instigator though. We caught garden snakes in the wood pile next to the shed and let them bite us on purpose and swam in Springwater Creek on those hot summer days. A simpler and less worry-some time by far. I miss those days and I miss my kindhearted cousin. My heart goes out to Pam, Claudia, Robin, Kerriann and the rest of the family....

Condolence: You were my big brother growing up. Because of you, I know every kind of bird in NY, I love to jump in leaves in the fall when no one is looking, have a profound love of nature and all animals and still feed chipmunks from my hand. You showed me so much beauty in the world. You also picked my boyfriends for me and ran off the ones you didn't care for. A big part of my heart travels with you. RIP. I love you!
