Mr. Mark Thomas Payne age 48 passed away Tuesday November 4, 2014 at his home. A native of Dansville, NY he was a factory worker and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Survivors include two sisters Pam Bunch and Claudia Ganshaw, one brother Robin Payne. He was preceded in death by his parents Phillip and Lucile Bickford Payne. Private services will be held by the family at a later date.
