Condolence: I just learned of Jim's death. I met him when my uncle stipulated in his will that Jim should auction off his property.

I liked Jim immediately and understood why my uncle had chosen him. He was smart, driven and ethical.

I had contacted him in the fall of 2012 to ask him about doing an auction for my mom. He came and met me, but told me he was having some health problem.

I miss him but my life is richer for having met him.

Condolence: Our sympathy goes out to Jim's family. It's difficult to lose a loved one especially during this Christmas season. We are very sorry for your loss and we ask God's peace and comfort to this family. Jim was not only a competitor with us but a great friend. He always and a smile and words of greeting whenever our paths crossed. We will miss him. May God bless you all.

Condolence: Jim was an awesome man who will be missed for a long long time. I will miss his humor, his laugh, and his free advice that usually was worth paying for. I had been a Bail Agent for about 15 years when Jim got into the busisness yet I seemed to learn something from him every time we spoke. We had only met in passing when I moved to Forest City. If you know anything about Bondsman they are usually not fond of competitors moving in on their home turf. I hadn't lived there for a week or so when I got a flat tire way back in the woods where I was deer hunting. I had no jack or lug wrench and it was already dark. I didn't have a single person to call that could actually find me. I called Jim. After a pretty good laugh at my expense he said he had a pretty good idea where I was and would be there in a few. About 30 minutes later headlights form his OJ Simpson Blazer illuminated the woods coming towards me down an old logging road. Jim would't take a dime and our friendship started that night. I will always remember him and cherise the time we got to spend together. I'm 51 and I haven't met but just a handful of men that are the quality of Jim McQueen. My heart goes out to his family and close friends. I know his passing must have left a gaping hole in your hearts. My prayer is that you will always cherise his memory and that God will surround you with Angels to comfort you in this deeply saddened time. He was one of the best, I just wish I had known him longer. If you ever need anything please call me, Jim has already paid the bill.
