Never in a million years would I have thought of writing this about my old friend and music mate. We played in a band back in high school. Time sure gets by. We stayed in fairly close contact, as friends should and the news of his passing cut like a knife. JD old boy, for the rest of our journey, every time I look at a guitar, I will rhink of you.
