Frances was an extra-special person, highly regarded at the college as a dedicated, no-fooling-around, get-down-to-business instructor, eager to help wherever she could, supportive of her students and dedicated to the college's mission, providing leadership and guidance as needed. She was a terrific lady, and seemed to live her life to the hilt. She's an example to us all, and we at Isothermal will always remember her with great fondness and respect. All those who knew her will miss her. My heart is with those who were closest to Frances.
