Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Richard Brower can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

1st Job

In 1966 when I moved Hickory, NC as a newlywed, the first job I had was at First Citizens Bank in Southwest Hickory. My name at the tme was Ann Cloninger.  Richard was my boss.  He was one of the kindest people I have ever met and that meant so much to me since it helped me to adjust to being in my 1st real job.( I had worked for my father in his 5 & 10 store in high school)  He obviously set a fine example for me to still remember him after almost 50 years have gone by.  I lost track of Richard after he moved away from here, but it sounds as if he has led a full and productive life.  I will remember your family in my prayers.
