John William Kelly Jr, 74, of Mill Spring, passed away Thursday, April 15, 2021 at Hospice of the Carolina Foothills. A native of Rutherford County, he was the son of the late John William Kelly Sr and Mildred Condrey Kelly. Mr. Kelly was a furniture manufacturing supervisor, he served in the US Navy, and a member of Grassy Knob Baptist Church.
He is survived by his sons, Shawn Kelly and Aaron Kelly and wife Cindy; grandchildren, Nikki, Mikaela, and Kathy. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Maxine Burnett Kelly and a grandson Joshua Kelly.
Graveside services will be conducted 2PM Sunday, April 18, 2021 at Grassy Knob Baptist Church with Rev. Mike Roberts and Rev. Todd Lawter officiating.
