Obituary for Darrell Edward Campbell
Mr. Darrell Edward Campbell age 66 went to his reward on Thursday January 7th 2016 while being cared for at his home.
A native of Slippery Rock, PA; Darrell was a general contractor and owner of E.G. Campbell & Son Construction Company.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years Deborah Greenman Campbell of the home, two sons – Daniel Travis Campbell of the home and David Colin Campbell of Raleigh, NC. Darrell is also survived by one sister Linda Laing of Florida and a number of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Edward Gordon Campbell and Sophie Heichel Campbell.
A celebration of his life will be held 6PM Monday, January 18, 2016 at Crowe’s Mortuary with Rev. Billy Honeycutt and Rev. Johnathan Lankford officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Rutherford County Hospice P.O. Box 336 Forest City NC 28043.
