Condolence: The Emmanuel Emmaus community allowed us to become friends with Bruce. We enjoyed washing dishes at walks, laughed, cried, and just shared life together. Bruce was such an intelligent humble gentleman. Both Bruce and Cheryl have enriched our lives. We are so thankful for being privelaged to know Bruce. Bruce will be greatly missed but will no longer suffer physically. Our prayers continue for the family as you mourn you loss.

Condolence: Twenty-five years ago, Mr. Waddingham provided me with the opportunity to launch my career in education by hiring me as an instructor at Isothermal Community College. He devoted many years to the college, serving as an academic dean of Applied Sciences. Although I have many memories from working with him at the college, the memories I treasure the most come from knowing Bruce and his family outside of the work environment. He was extremely passionate about launching the Habitat ReStore, and I was privileged to have worked with him at the store. When my wife was diagnosed with terminal cancer 12 years ago, Bruce and Cheryl were always there offering their support and prayers. You never forget just how blessed you are to have such caring people in your lives. Sometimes, the "right" words just don't seem to exist to express heartfelt feelings. My sincere sympathy goes out to Cheryl and the family. Rest in peace, Bruce! I know that you are now in a place where pain and suffering do not exist. And, if there is a tractor run in heaven, I know that you will be leading the big parade.

Condolence: Bruce was an absolutely wonderful man, as we all know. He always had kind words to say, and did so much for so many. He definitely left an impact on me with the Emmaus connection, and my sons and I with our Habitat home (we will never forget the box truck on moving day. Thank you for your love and friendship.

Condolence: I did not know Bruce very well, but I served on Walk to Emmaus teams and behind the scenes with him. He was a caring person with a true servant's heart. He will be truly missed but what a wonderful moment when he met his Savior face-to-face ! May the peace that passes all understanding comfort you until you are reunited at Jesus' feet.
