Bobby Gene Hudson

Bobby Gene Hudson age 77 of Stonecutter Street, Spindale, went home to be with The Lord on Sunday November 13, 2016. Bobby was born in Rutherford County and worked for a number of years in the local textile plants.

He is survived by his wife Shirley Ann Lavender Hudson, one son Michael Hudson, two daughters Cindy Metcalf and husband Roy, Robin High and husband Johnny, one brother Bill Hudson, ten grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father John Rufus Hudson, his mother Letha Baynard Hudson, one daughter Janet Hudson, and a number of siblings.

A memorial service will be held 2 PM Saturday November 19, 2016 at Crowe's Funeral Chapel with Rev. Wayne Toney officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
