Billy Dewitt Prince, age 56, of Rutherfordton, NC, formerly of Olanta, SC, passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2020. He is survived by his wife, Andra Standridge Prince, his mother, Ann McCutcheon Prince, his beloved dog, “Prince”, many dear cousins, and life long best friend, Little Billy Graham.

He was preceded in death by his father, Roger Dewitt “Bill” Prince, and brothers John Guy Prince and James Woodrow Prince.

Dewitt was an active member of Word of Faith Fellowship, Spindale, NC where he served as co-chairman of the prison ministry for many years. He was also the owner of Prince Motor Cars.

Dewitt loved life and serving people. He never met a stranger and was always willing to help everyone day or night. He had a contagious laugh and would brighten up the room with his smile.

A Memorial service will be held at Word of Faith Fellowship on Sunday, August 9, 2020, at 4 PM. Reverends Sam and Jane Whaley will be officiating. Everyone please wear masks.
