Dear Family, I was deeply saddened to hear the news of Mr. Robertson's passing. I had the privilege of being in his history class at Harris Elementary. I only wish I had the love of history back then that I have now. Perhaps, he planted a seed many years ago in my heart that stayed with me all these years. I eventually majored in History as well as Education. I know he would have been shocked,hahaha, yet proud. I would have loved to have shared with him (as an adult) the impact his character and integrity had on so many of us at Harris. Sweet memories of such a wonderful teacher.
