As Funeral directors, our calling imposes on us special responsibilities, to those we serve and to the public at large. Providing funeral services with compassion and dignity is foremost, the other is the obligation to provide information to the public, so that everyone can make an informed and knowledgeable choice about funerals and funeral directors, in their time of need.
It has been estimated that some 200 separate tasks are involved in planning a funeral. Be assured Crowe's Mortuary will manage all of them with respect, compassion and honesty. But ultimately funeral direction is not about ordering flowers or placing death notices or any of the 200 activities. It is about the quality of our services - - Standing beside you in a very personalized way, at a most difficult time. This is your legacy, and one in which we hope you take comfort.
