Obituary for Patricia Ann Fowler (Gallman)
Patricia Ann Fowler, age 64 of Spindale, NC passed away, September 30, 2022 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.
A native of New Jersy, she was a retired textile employee and a daughter of the late Ealzie and Anita Ann Waters Gallman and the widow of Richard Fowler.
Patricia is survived by her son, James Fowler of the home; one sister, Judy Absher; one brother, Nathan Gallman; nieces and nephews, Anita, Christina, Annabelle, Jacqueline, Edward, Tyler, Blake, Gerri Anna, Stacey, Christy, Alexis and Nicholas
A celebration of Patricia’s life will be held by family and friends at a later date.
