Obituary for Nyal Bailey
Horace Nyal Bailey of Rutherfordton age 87, passed away on November 10, 2020.
Nyal was a native of Rutherford County and the son of the late William Edgar Baily and Mamie Earley Bailey. He was a retired carpenter, Air Force Veteran, and a member of Spencer Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents Nyal was preceded in death by his wife Shirley Ann Bailey, brothers Darcey Bailey, Norris Bailey, Herman Bailey and a great grandson Austin Mull.
Left to cherish his memory are his son Mark Bailey, daughter Annette Jackson (Ricky), stepsons, Gary and Barry Brooks, and a sister in law, Betty Bailey. Nyal is also survived by his grandchildren, Michael Mull, Christy Hollifield, Stephanie Bailey, Christina Bailey, Brad Bailey, ten great grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
A private funeral service will be held on Thursday November 12, 2020 at Crowe’s Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Eternal Hills Memorial Park. Online condolences may be made at www.crowemortuary.com. Crowe’s Mortuary is assisting the family of Horace Nyal Bailey.
