Obituary for Margaret Harrill (Amos)
Margaret Amos Harrill, age 93, widow of Everett Plato Harrill passed away peacefully Saturday, October 8th, 2022 while being cared for at Fair Haven of Forest City.
Margaret was a native of Rutherford County, the daughter of the late Clyde and Melvia Steadman Amos, a retired textile employee, a member of Adaville Baptist Church, and a teacher of quilting and crocheting.
Those left to cherish her memory include her son Ronald Michael Harrill (Jean); two grandsons, Chad Harrill (Mamie) and Brent Harrill (Christina); great grandchildren Noah Harrill and his girlfriend Alora Morrow, Breana Harrill and Cassie Harrill; and one sister Juanita Crowe.
A graveside service will be held 2 P.M. Tuesday, October 11th, 2022 at Eternal Hills Memorial Park, 1565 Oakland Road, Forest City NC 28043.
The Gospel group “Indebted” which was the love of her life and is made up of her great grandchildren will provide music at the graveside.
In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to Hospice of the Carolina Foothills P.O. Box 336 Forest City, NC 28043.
