Madgeline “Madge” Parker Jones age 71 of Rutherfordton, NC was the wife of the late Ernest Eugene Jones and daughter of the late George and Edna Crawford Parker. Madge was the owner of a hair salon in Greenhill, NC and later Snips Hair Salon in Rutherfordton, NC. Left to cherish her memory are her children Sherry Brown (Rev. Bobby Brown), Dee Dee Hensley (Hugh), Ricky Jones (Freida); sister Louise McIntire, grandchildren Brandon Jones (Jessica), Justin Jones (Taylor), Amanda Hardin (Rev. Jesse), Josh Brown, Chad Radford (Paige), Dustin Jones (Alison), and Brian Brower; and 10 great grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by siblings, Spencer Parker, Reid Parker, Roy Parker, Viola Sisk, Lucille Bradley and Birdie Rhodes.
