Louisa Price, 66, of Ellenboro, passed away Sunday, February 12, 2023 at Hospice of the Carolina Foothills. A native of Bronx, NY, she was the youngest daughter of the late Luigi and Fannie Goldberg Lucido. Louisa retired from the textile industry as a supply room clerk. She was a member of Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church. Louisa was a hardworking, dedicated servant who put in a lot of effort and was committed to helping those around her.

Left to cherish her memories are husband of 37 years, Donald R. Price; daughter, Lenore Twitty and husband Von; son, Mark McDaniel; granddaughter, Lacey Twitty, and a great granddaughter on the way; sisters, Antoinette Schmahl, Maria Lucido, Lucy Lucido; brother, Anthony Lucido and wife Marge. In addition to her parents, Louisa was preceded in death by siblings Joe Lucido, George Lucido, Ralph Lucido, Sandra Mitchell and Phyllis Rosa.

Memorial services will be held 1:30 pm Saturday, February 18 at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church with Rev. Jim Powell and Rev. Keys Pendleton officiating. The family will receive friends following the service in the fellowship hall.
