Joshua “Duff” Campbell, age 38 of Rutherfordton, NC passed away from a recent heart complication. Josh was the son of Alice and Doug Campbell, and the grandson of Sarah Morgan and the late Coy Morgan; as well as the late Oscar and Liddie Campbell. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his uncle William Morgan and aunt Patricia Morgan; three fur babies Dante, Hamlet, and Whitey. Joshua was also predeceased by his dog Kiaya. Duff was a 2002 graduate of RS Central Highschool and was an avid golfer. In his free time, he thoroughly enjoyed listening to music, surrounding himself in nature, and practicing the art of blowing glass. A memorial service will be held on Monday October the 10th 2022 at 2:00PM at Mountain Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Brian Blanchette and Curate Ian Williams officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Family will receive friends following committal service in the family life center.
