Thank you for sharing John Mark with me. There are many reasons for me to be grateful for the gift of knowing John Mark. Mostly, I was so very blessed to experience his ability to love unconditionally with all of his heart. Even at the age of three he exemplified love for God and God's love for others. His life, way too short compared to our standards, has and will have an eternal impact on many lives, mine only one of them.
This verse best describes John Mark for me and I'm sure you, and so many others. It is 1 John 4:7. "Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God." This was and is John Mark. He definitely loved God and loved others with a Godly love. Thank you, God, for John Mark and allowing us to experience Your love through him.
