Obituary for James Edison Gamble

James Blankenship Gamble, age 86, was called home by his Lord and Savior the morning of August 3rd due to an unfortunate series of events. James was the son of the late Al Blankenship and Eunice Blankenship McCurry and step father Harold Smith; left to cherish his memory are his daughter Teresa Gamble Harris; grandson Justin Myles Harris, granddaughter Amber Dawn Harris; great grandchildren Lily Abigail Mayfield, Ivy Faith Brittian, and Elijah Gauge Thomas. James was a dedicated father and great friend. He loved his family and will be missed by them and all who knew him.
Services will be held 3 PM Friday August 13 at First Broad Baptist Church Bostic, NC.
