Iva Jane Carroll Wall; age 88, of Littlejohn Domain Road, Forest City, NC went home to be with The Lord on Thursday, May 25, 2023.
A native of Polk County, NC; she is a daughter of the late Jesse Lee Ernest Carroll and Cora Fowler Carroll. Iva was a retired weaver having worked in the local textile industry and was a faithful member of Smith Grove Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Wall; two daughters, Debra Wall and infant Janet Kaye; and siblings Grady Carroll, Bill Carroll, Marvin Carroll and Jettie Crook.
She is survived by two daughters, Cindy Thomas (Jeff) and Susan Fiolka (Stephan); one son Willie Ormand; a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 3 PM Sunday, May 28, 2023 at Crowe’s Funeral Chapel 118 College Ave. Rutherfordton NC 28139 with Rev. Terry White officiating. The family will receive friends following the service. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of the Carolina Foothills P.O. Box 336 Forest City NC 28043
