Obituary for Helen Evans (Evans)
Helen Evans, 88, of Rutherfordton, passed away July 16 at her home. A native of Lake Winola, PA, she was the daughter of the late Cradoc and Naomi Phelps Evans. Helen was a retired therapy aide from Binghamton Psychiatric Center.
She is survived by her children, Deborah Eleftheratos, Naomi Grubham, Renee Eleftheratos, Demetrius Eleftheratos, April Schaefer; nineteen grandchildren, twenty- one great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren; sisters, Margaret Lewis, Rhoda Munson and Lois Schrader. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Evangelo John Eleftheratos, grandson Jason Anthony Normile, and granddaughter Avianna Eleftheratos.
Inurnment will be held at Vestal Hills Memorial Park in Vestal, NY at a later date.
