Obituary for Hazel Cecelia Welch (Richardson)

Hazel Welch, 95, of Rutherfordton, passed away Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at Oak Grove Health Care Center. A native of Sheridan, Arkansas, she was the daughter of the late Jeff and Beulah Craig Richardson. She was a homemaker and a member of Word of Faith Fellowship.

Memorial services will be held 11 AM Sunday, May 28, 2023 at Word of Faith Fellowship with Revs. Sam and Jane Whaley officiating
