Glenn Scott Dalton, 60, of Rutherfordton passed away at his home on December 21, 2020. He was the son of the late Garland and Mamie Dalton and husband to the late Patricia Dalton. Scott took great pride is his home and land and enjoyed working with his guns. He was retired from Reeves Brothers where he was a supervisor.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Maegan Dalton and her children; Elizabeth Michelle Hunter, Emerson Glen Dalton and Elliott Ray Groves. Scott is also survived by his sisters; Sandy Hughes (Scott) of Rutherfordton, Gail Boone (Dewitt) of Rutherfordton, and a brother Jimmy Dalton (Brenda) of Spindale. He is also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Besides his wife and parents Scott was also preceded in death by a brother Perry Ray Dalton.
