Freda Huskey age 96, of Atlanta GA, formerly of Forest City, North Carolina, passed away Saturday, Feb 1, 2020.
Freda was born September 19, 1923 in Linden, Tennessee. Freda was an active church member throughout her life and attended Bethany Baptist Church in Forest City, NC. Freda was preceded in death by her husband, Dan Huskey. She is survived by her daughter Carolyn Huskey Brand of Atlanta, Georgia, her son Dan Huskey and his wife Christine of Manchester England, and her daughter Sharon Huskey Lowe and her husband Kevin of Sydney, Australia. Three grandchildren Angela Brand of Atlanta GA, Tara Lowe Talbot of Perth, Australia, and Rachel Lowe of Queenstown, New Zealand and three great grandchildren Georgia, Levi, and Sephora Talbot of Perth, Australia.
The funeral service will be at Crowe's Funeral Chapel in Rutherfordton, NC at 11 a.m. on Wednesday February 5, with burial at Bethany Baptist Church in Forest City, NC. Online condolences may be made at www.crowemortuary.com.
