Frances Fern Rollins Ensley, age 88, of Hickory passed away Saturday at Kingston Residence. She was a native of Rutherford County, a graduate of RS Central High School, a lifelong resident of Seal Beach California and worked as an office manager in the medical field. Traveling (especially cruising) and golf were her loves.
The last in her family, Frances was preceded in death by her parents H.T. and Cora Bridges Rollins; siblings; James “Shine” Rollins, Rev. Leonard Rollins, Charles Rollins, Franklin Donald Rollins, Mary Helen “Polly” Rollins Wylie, Ann Rollins Long and Betty Jean Rollins.
Those left to cherish her memory include nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be 3 PM Sunday June 12, 2022 at Beacon Church 2278 19th Ave SE Hickory, NC 28602. Rev. David Daly will officiate. Burial will be in the Rollins family plot in Spindale Cemetery.
