Dr. Edgar Ernest Tetrick age 77 passed away Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at Rutherford Regional Medical Center.

Dr. Tetrick practiced dentistry in the area for over forty years and was an ordained Deacon at The Church of the Incarnation in Black Mountain, NC. He was also a veteran of the U.S. Army.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Sims Tetrick; one daughter, Melanie Tetrick; one step son, Jerry Guffey; three grandchildren; three brothers, Allen Tetrick, Doug Evenson and Gary Evenson; as well as a number of other friends and family members.

A memorial service will be held 11 A.M. Friday, August 23, 2019 at Crowe’s Funeral Chapel with Father Johnathan Lankford officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Foothills Humane Society, 989 Little Mountain Road, Columbus, NC 28722.
