Cindy Louise Taylor Guffey, age 62, of Ellenboro passed away Saturday at her home. Cindy was a native of Rutherford County, the daughter of the late Tom and Jeanette Martin Taylor and was also preceded in death by a brother Frankie Taylor. She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church and worked as a waitress.
Those left to cherish her memory include her brother Tommy (Pat) Taylor of Caroleen; sisters Ruby (Beauford) Guffey, Lois (Larry) Splawn , Dale Ruff all of Rutherfordton and Teresa (Mark)Pobanz of Greenhill; sister in law Darlene Taylor of Franklin; special great great niece Reagan Morris and a number of other nieces and nephews .
Services will be 2 PM Wednesday at Crowe’s Funeral Chapel with Rev. Randy Darley officiating. Burial will follow in the Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1-2 PM prior to the service.
Mask and social distancing are required by those in attendance.
