Charles V. Rollins Sr. age 76 of Forest City, NC went home to be with his Lord on February 26th 2023 at his home. Charles was the son of the late Herbert and Hazel Padgett Rollins. Left to cherish his memory are his wife Phyllis; sons Sam Hanson of Forest City, and John Elmore of Flat Rock; grandson Austin Rollins of Hendersonville; sisters Drucilla Davis of Zirconia, Ruth Hardin of East Flat Rock; and brother Steve Rollins of Zirconia.
The family will be holding a memorial service on Saturday March 4th at 2:00PM at Crestview Baptist Church, 630 South Church St. Forest City NC 28043, with Rev. Rohm officiating. The family will receive friends in the foyer following the service. Rutherford County Honor guard will be providing military honors.
