Cecile Marie Johnson Price, lovingly known as Susie, 81, of Springfield, VA passed away on November 11, 2020. She was the daughter of the late Hubert and Clarice Mills Johnson of Rutherfordton, NC; and was preceded in death by her late husband George Howard Connor. Susie was a dedicated member of Capital Baptist Church. She worked as a daycare provider in her home for thirty years, providing a second family for many children and prior to that worked at Cameron Station PX. Susie loved the Lord and was a dedicated servant of the Kingdom, bringing many to Jesus.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of twenty five years John Price; children Vickie Connor (Jeff), Randy Connor (Shannon), Ronald Connor (Tina), Tammy Crook; grandchildren Carrie Blevins (Jeremy), Nicole Newnam (John), Randy Connor, Ronald Connor, Georgia Connor, Joshua Connor, Dale Crook, Danny Crook, Shondra Jarratt, and Andrew Connor; great - grandchildren Danielle, Hailey, Ashton, Jasiah, Avery, Alyssa, Ryder, Elana, Abigail, Marcus, Jack, Charlie, and Juddah. She also leaves behind her loving sisters Shirley Scruggs, Mary Toms, Retha Goforth and Wanda Butler (Steve). Susie left a legacy of love that will not perish, yet will continue to honor all she built.

A funeral service and burial will be held Wednesday, November 18, 2020 1:00pm at Glenwood Baptist Church, 461 Bostic Sunshine Hwy, Bostic NC 28018.
