Obituary for Candace Denise Stevens (Millard)
Candace Denise Stevens, 59, of Rutherfordton, passed away Monday, December 27, 2021 at Rutherford Regional Medical Center. A native of Cleveland County, she was a daughter of the late Homer and Ruth Naomi Foster Millard. Candace was a member of Restoration Church.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald Stevens, and children and grandchildren that she dearly loved.
