Brian is preceded in death by paternal grandparents Roger Sr. and Irene Robinson, maternal
grandparents Ralph and Vera Watts, and his father-in-law Robert Fitch.
Brian was an extraordinary father, husband, son, uncle, brother, and friend. His love for
life was infectious. He radiated positive energy, kindness and compassion. His love for his family
was larger than life. Brian was a dreamer and a go-getter. He always knew how to make
something out of nothing, often with his bare hands. He loved spending time woodworking,
landscaping, and working on his most recent accomplishment - his new home. He was so proud
of the beautiful life he built with his family.
Left to honor his memory is his wife Nickki and their four incredible children: Brian Jr.,
Ben, Silas, and Clover Jane Robinson and their two dogs, Luke and Obi. He is also survived by
his parents, Roger Jr. and Laura Robinson and Elaine Robinson, his mother-in-law Tammy Fitch,
special grandparents Clyde and Rickie Freeman, brother Kevin Robinson, sibling in-laws Ashley
and Josh, Megan Fitch, Madeline and Josh, Molly and Joel, and Vess and Maura. He also leaves
behind nieces and nephews Aiden, Declan, Porter, Stella, and Vivian, and numerous aunts,
uncles, cousins and so many others who loved him. Brian will be missed by the employees of
Proampac Forest City, where he worked for over 7 years.
Brian lived every day of his life as “Another Day in Paradise”. He appreciated every
moment of this beautiful life. He made every person he met feel valued and appreciated. Brian
would not want anyone to be sad during his passing, but rather to feel pride and celebration at the
life he worked so hard to build for himself and his family.
A celebration of life will be held at Crowe’s Mortuary in Rutherfordton, NC on
November 18th from 5-7pm. Please come and share your kinds words and memories of Brian.
