Arthur Cleve  Miller
Arthur Cleve Miller age 90 of Rutherfordton, NC passed away on November 9th 2018. Arthur was the son of the late Arthur James Miller and Florence Meadows Miller. In addition to his parents Arthur was preceded in death by his wife Johnsie Lee Honeycutt Miller. Arthur served in the United States Air Force, occupied Japan, was attached to the embassy in London, England and was instrumental in implementing computer technology to help aid in Air Force Intelligence. During his time in the Air Force, he received a Bronze OLC along with other decorations and medals. Arthur later retired as a Master Sergeant after 21 years of service.
Left to cherish his memory are his son David Miller of Union Mills, NC; Son Wayne (Debra) of Bostic, NC; Daughter Linda Pennington (Ernie) of Mooresboro, NC; Son Tim Miller (Linda) of Forest City, NC; Sister Effie Edward of Burlington, NC; five grandchildren and six grandchildren. Services will be held on Sunday November 11th 2018 at 3:00PM at Camp Creek Baptist Church, 1801 Camp Creek Rd, Union Mills, NC 28167, with Dr. Tony McCraw officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at www.crowemortuary.com.
